To set your body in a good mood
When you wake up in the morning, the first thing you want to do is to stretch out your muscles. Do some push-ups as much as you can, it will help you stretch out your muscles and keep you up. After you are done with push-ups, then you can go ahead to lift some dumbbells to get your arms toned.
Dumbbells are good to tone the arms, constantly working out with dumbbells will keep your arms toned. If you can, it a good habit to lift it both in the morning and at night to keep your arms toned always. After lifting as much dumbbells as you can, then you could squat for a little while till you get sweaty.
The next thing you want to do it to jump in the shower and freshen up. After shower, I will assume that you will eat your breakfast, eating healthy breakfast will set your mind and body for a good start for the day!
